A new cosmetics registration regulation will be put into effect on April 1st, 2010 in order to further regulate cosmetics regulation, cosmetics manufacturing and management. On this presentation, QTCCC will provide the analysis on the new requirements on registration application documents, the new cosmetics procedures, and the new concept about dividing domestic and imported cosmetics and the important issues which shall be paid attention to.
