Guangdong International Exhibitions Ltd is a professional exhibition company formed by Guangdong Bomei Exhibition Co Ltd, UBM Asia Ltd and BolognaFiere in Italy. BolognaFiere is the organiser of the world's largest and most influential international beauty exhibition – Cosmoprof – in Italy; BolognaFiere and UBM Asia are joint organisers of Asia's largest and most influential international beauty expo — Cosmoprof Asia – in Hong Kong; whilst Bomei has been historically associated with the Guangzhou International Beauty & Cosmetic Import-Export Expo.

The Guangdong Beauty & Cosmetic Association is a licensed provincial industrial association registered in the Department of Civil Affairs of Guangdong Province. The association has a secretarial section, a PR section, a media section, a quality & technique counseling centre, as well as several professional committees, all of which are equipped with highly-qualified staff and management.
