Please be informed that Organiser will not post the badge to you. All successful registrants will receive the Badge Redemption Notice by email. Visitors are required to bring along the Notice to collect the personalized badge onsite at the registration counter. 

For onsite registration, please bring along our ORIGINAL visitor invitation form and personalized business card to the registration counter for free admission. Visitors without a badge or an original buyer registration form will need to pay RMB30 per person on-site for admission. 

One registration form entitles one person's free admission.  Photocopy is NOT accepted for onsite registration. 

The fair is strictly for trade only. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse the entrance of any registrant it deems inappropriate, and to verify the trade identity of any registrant where necessary.

No person under the age of 18 will be admitted.
