China Import And Export Fair – Pazhou Complex
The district of Pazhou is slated to be Guangzhou's second downtown centre. The Pazhou Complex as the core of the development is leading the entire district toward prosperity, with accelerating establishment of hotels, office buildings, government offices, transportation hubs and other infrastructure services in its close vicinity.
The Pazhou Complex is well served by road, surrounded by the South China Expressway, the East Circular Expressway and Xingang Dong Road. The Metro No.2 and No.4 stops at stations built specially to serve this venue for the ease of exhibitors and visitors, and it is even possible to reach the venue by boat on an estuary of the Pearl River.
In operation since 2002, the Pazhou Complex currently has 26 exhibition halls in two Phases. Total available indoor exhibition space of 260,000 square metres make the Pazhou Complex the largest exhibition center in Asia.
The 30th Guangzhou International Beauty & Cosmetic Import-Export Expo, from 9 - 11 March, 2009, will occupy three halls on the third level and three on the second level in Area B.
Traffic Map
The Pazhou Complex is situated in the Haizhu district of Guangzhou city, where metro and vehicle arteries are reached in all directions. The No.2 and No.4 metro lines are connected here and No.3 metro passes nearby. A number of bus stops are around the complex, providing convenient transportation network.
Innercity Transportation
From Guangzhou East Railway Terminus to the fairground
By Metro: Take Line 1 of the Guangzhou Metro from the Guangzhou East Railway Terminus (广州火车东站), changing over to Line 2 at the Gong Yuan Qian Station (公园前) and disembark at the Pazhou Station (琶洲站), A exit. The exhibition centers are within walking distance. The 25-minute journey costs RMB 4.
By Taxi: Approximately 20-30 minutes and RMB 35
By Bus: From the Guangzhou East Railway Terminus （广州火车东站）, Take buses no. 177, changing over to no.139 at the Tianfu Road（天府路） Station and disembark at the Pazhou(琶洲) Station. The journey requires approximately 35 minutes and cost RMB 4. The exhibition centers are within walking distance.
From the Guangzhou East Railway Terminus, Take buses no.515 or no.302 or no.810 or no.283, changing over to no.298 at the Tianhe Road（天河路）Station and disembark at the Pazhou（琶洲） Station. The journey requires approximately 30 minutes and cost RMB 4. The exhibition centers are within walking distance.
From Guangzhou New Baiyun International Airport to the fairground
From Guangzhou New Baiyun International Airport, Take Airport Express Line 5, disembark at the Dongfang Hotel （东方宾馆）(about 45 minutes , cost RMB 16) . And take Line 2 of the Guangzhou Metro from the Yuexiu Park (越秀公园) Station and disembark at the Pazhou（琶洲） Station,A exit(After 13 stations,cost RMB 5).The exhibition centers are within walking distance.
By Taxi: Approximate 45 –55 minutes, RMB 150 –200.

Getting around Guangzhou on the metro
The Guangzhou Metro operates from 6:00 to 23:30, costing between RMB 2 to 10 per journey depending on the distance. There are now 4 lines in service. The China Import And Export Fair PAZHOU COMPLEX are situated at the Pazhou (琶洲) Station on Line 2.
